Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with PromptMotion. This policy describes when and how you can request a refund for credit pack purchases and subscription plans. All transactions are processed by Creem (creem.io), who acts as the Merchant of Record.
1. Credit Packs
- Refund window: You may request a full refund on a credit pack purchase within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
- Usage threshold: Refunds are only available if fewer than 20% of the purchased credits have been used at the time of the request. If 20% or more of credits have been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Partial refunds: We do not offer partial refunds on credit packs. The refund is either full (all credits restored / charged amount returned) or not available.
- Credit expiry: Credits do not expire under normal circumstances. Unused credits that fall outside the refund window are retained in your account.
2. Subscription Plans
- New subscriber guarantee: If you are subscribing to a paid plan for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment.
- Renewals: Automatic renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. Cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation during refund window: If you cancel and request a refund within the 7-day window, your subscription access ends immediately upon processing of the refund.
- How to cancel: Cancel anytime from your Billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger an automatic refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The 7-day refund window has passed
- 20% or more of purchased credits have been used (for credit packs)
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- The purchase was made using a fraudulent or disputed payment method
- Subscription renewal charges (after the initial purchase)
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@seedancetool.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [your email address]
- Include in your message:
- Your account email address
- Your Creem order number (found in the payment confirmation email from Creem)
- The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Creem.
5. Payment Processing Note
All transactions on PromptMotion are processed by Creem (creem.io), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are initiated by us and processed by Creem back to your original payment method. Bank processing times for the refund to appear on your statement may vary by financial institution.
